As an alternative to our Bespoke Employment Documents service we offer various employment document templates for sale.  These are listed below.  Each template is up to date and legally compliant at the time of sale and comes with drafting notes to allow you to tailor the relevant template to the particular needs of your business.  We include within the price of each document the cost of one telephone consultation with us to answer any questions you may have on the relevant document once purchased.  Please call us on 0845 607 7823 to arrange a suitable time to discuss your document.
 

Documents can be purchased using the PayPal buttons below.  If you prefer to pay by bank transfer please contact us on 0845 607 7823 for our account details.  Individual or small numbers of documents purchased will be emailed to you at the latest by close of play on the next business day following purchase.  For large orders (including handbooks) please give us a call to discuss your requirements.

These range from a template for the “written statement of employment particulars” that must be given to most employees within two months of commencement of employment to a template executive service agreement.  Click here to find a list of contents for each document. 
 

There is no requirement on employers to have a staff handbook but there are many advantages to having one: a well-drafted handbook is the ideal mechanism for communicating employer expectations, policies and procedures to staff and can be useful in preventing misunderstandings and avoiding or even defending tribunal claims. 
 

Our  template handbooks are normally provided in Word format, divided up into separate policies.  For further detail on each template click here.  If you require additional content for your handbook, or would like an alternative format, please give us a call on 0845 607 7823 and we will be happy to assist.  Our handbooks are designed to dovetail with our standard form contracts and can also easily be adapted to suit your own particular requirements.
